Leadership development and coaching is designed to facilitate psychological and behavioral change that leads to goal attainment and enhanced performance. In this doctoral specialization, you can deepen your scholarly knowledge of leadership coaching models and processes, leadership development practices, and change management initiatives. Through application-based exercises and assignments, you can discover how to work with individuals and organizations in developmental transition and gain the skills to guide those individuals and organizations to better performance and improved success. Develop your scholarly and practical expertise on both individual and organizational coaching and learn how to create plans that can generate desired outcomes and increase leader competencies and practices.
