Designed to deepen your knowledge of workplace and organizational behavior, advanced coursework examines performance management, personnel psychology, leadership, change management, I-O tests and measurements, research design and methods, and statistical models to help enhance organizational effectiveness and employee attitudes and behaviors as they relate to organizational performance.
