Doctorate Programs in Administration in Prague in Czech Republic. PhD by Publication The Ph.D. by Publication is a Doctorate degree, much like a conventional Ph.D., but which recognizes research work carried out by entrepreneurial companies and academic organizations that lead to novel and publishable results. The Ph.D. is offered by the University of Bolton in cooperation with the University of New York in Prague. Usually this requires a minimum of three years. These publications should be in relation to the student's thesis and area of expertise, and should develop knowledge of the subject. The award of this Ph.D. is based purely on these three published works, and as such rewards on-going activities, rather than additional work. It is different from any other Ph.D. variation, including Ph.D. by Published Works because it is based on works to be published. Publications include papers in high impact factor journals or full international patents. This makes it incredibly versatile, as it opens the door to all aspects of enterprise, from business and science, through to the arts.
