PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is designed for candidates who, having already completed a Masters program, are looking to further develop their practical and theoretical knowledge of the principles that govern global business. The WNU DBA program emphasizes advanced decision making and leadership skills as well as in-depth knowledge of theory and applied research. Students have the opportunity to explore challenges facing business today, including corporate social responsibility, globalization, and managing change. In keeping with our commitment to working adult professionals, we have one of the few doctoral programs in Southern California that allow students to complete their doctoral studies in an online format.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The DBA admissions committee evaluates each applicant on the followings admissions requirements: A completed master’s degree from an institution that is regionally accredited, a minimum of 30 hours of graduate coursework in a business-related field, relevant teaching or professional work experience, and a personal interview with the DBA Program Director.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

The DBA degree is conferred upon completion of a minimum of sixty (60) prescribed units. A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required. Students must apply for graduation and meet all academic and financial requirements.
