The DBA is a research-based doctorate ideal for those who are enthusiastic about learning and who want to make a difference to the way that management and professional practice is developed in their specialism. An integral part of the program is the cohort, the group of students who begin the program at the same time and attend all study blocks together. Students in the cohort engage in discussions with each other during the study blocks, learning from each other. Outside of the study blocks, the discussions may continue, with students sharing ideas and experiences and supporting each other.
