Program Description

The University of Oradea offers the opportunity to continue academic studies at the doctoral level in 18 fields, namely: Philology, Theology, Geography, History, Sociology, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Agronomy, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering and Management, Mathematics, Electronic Engineering Telecommunications and Information Technologies.

From an organizational perspective, doctoral studies are grouped into 7 Doctoral Schools: Doctoral School of Philology, Doctoral School of Geography, Doctoral School of History, Doctoral School of Sociology, Doctoral School of Biomedical Sciences, Doctoral School of Economic Sciences, and Doctoral School of Engineering Sciences.

Doctoral students are supported through doctoral scholarships financed from the state budget and from their own incomes, some of them benefit from doctoral grants.

The University of Oradea has a high-quality material base, materialized through research laboratories in which students undertake the theoretical and available applicative research literature.
