The Regional and Public Economics doctoral study program trains students to become experts in the field and to participate in and manage economics in the public sector and in regional development. Graduates acquire a deep knowledge of economics, economy, and management with an emphasis on the public sector and regional work. Graduates work in top management positions in the field of public administration, state administration, in regional municipalities, and in economic branches of the public sector. Some graduates find careers in EU bodies and institutions.
