The Ph.D. in IT in Public Administration, Computer Science study program trains students to become highly qualified experts who are able to design, realize, professionally develop and apply information relating to communication technologies. Students learn to use modern computer-supported methods in their decision-making processes. Graduates acquire knowledge of IT flows and economic processes in organizations and institutions. Graduates understand information and communication technologies and have a foundation in these technologies, which allows them to creatively apply this knowledge. Research and scientific activity are key elements of this study program. Graduates are able to control the process of designing and creating IT systems, including data and information security; graduates are able to apply geographic information systems and are confident in making decisions at all levels of public administration.
