Admittance

The competition file contains the following documents:

(1) To register for the doctoral admission contest, the candidates will submit a file that will include the following documents:

a) the candidate's registration form ;

b) the blessing of the archbishop of Alba Iulia;

c) the birth certificate in a simple copy, certified by the Admissions Commission [1];

d) the marriage certificate or any other document attesting to the change of name (if any), in a simple copy, certified by the Admissions Commission;

e) the baccalaureate diploma in the original, for the candidates who have the mention "free of charge" in the application form, or in a simple copy, certified by the Admission Commission, for the candidates who have the mention "for free" in the application form;

f) the original diploma of license , for the candidates who have the mention "free of charge" in the application form, or in a simple copy, certified by the Admission Commission, for the candidates who have the mention "for free" in the application form ;;

b) the supplement to the diploma of license or the registration sheet in the original, for the candidates who have the mention "free of charge" in the registration form, or in a simple copy, certified by the Admission Commission, for the candidates who have the mention "with tax" in the form of registration;

c) the master's degree [2] (or the certificate of graduation of the master's program for the graduates of the last promotion) in original, for the candidates who have the mention "free of charge" in the registration form, or in a simple copy, certified by the Admissions Commission , for the candidates who have the entry "for a fee" in the application form;

d) the supplement to the master diploma or the original registration, for the candidates who have the mention "free of charge" in the application form, or in a simple copy, certified by the Admission Commission, for the candidates who have the mention "with a fee" in the application form sign up;

e) the language proficiency certificate , in original;

f) curriculum vitae (europass format);

g) statement on its own responsibility regarding compliance with the legislation regarding the financing from the state budget of the subsidized places within the doctoral studies programs;

h) scientific activity report and list of works ;

i) proposal of the research project ;

j) proof of payment of the registration fee (The registration fee for the admission contest is regulated according to Annex 7. The children of the teaching and auxiliary teaching staff who are active or retired from the education system, as well as the orphaned children of one or both parents who activated in the education system is exempted from paying the registration fees for the doctoral admission contest);

k) copying file ;

l) 5 self-addressed stamped envelopes

(2) Incomplete files are not accepted for registration.

[1] The certification of the documents is done by one of the members of the Admissions Commission, who mentions "according to the original", enters his name read, signs and writes the date of certification.

[2] At the competition for admission to doctoral studies, graduates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent may be registered, issued up to the year of graduation of the first bachelor's degree organized in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 288/2004 on the organization of university studies, with subsequent modifications and completions (long-term education). [prior to the implementation of the Bologna Process]
