The PhD is a doctoral degree, specifically called a "doctor of philosophy" degree. This is misleading because PhD holders are not necessarily philosophers (unless they earned their degree in philosophy!). That said, PhD recipients are able to engage in thought experiments, reason about problems, and solve problems in sophisticated ways.

A business management program teaches students how to successfully and efficiently manage and supervise others. Important topics such as communication, business administration, and corporate leadership will usually be explored on a regularly basis.

The education ministry runs education in China. The government often provides partial funding for the higher education in the technical and public universities. The Chinese government has also developed academic curriculum that allows those students with vocational skills to nurture their talents.
