1. Qualification for Admission to the Course: To be admitted to the Ph.D (Economics) degree programme candidates must have obtained a masters degree in Economics from the University of Ghana or at some other approved University.

1.1 Candidates who obtained their M.Phil degree in Economics at the University of Ghana or at some other University approved for the purposes may be exempted from the coursework.
