PhD Programs in Law
Law is a broad field that encompasses the system of rules set by a society to regulate behavior along with the enforcement of those rules. Law students study all of a society’s rules, but usually specialize their law practice upon graduation into a particular area like civil or criminal law.
Serbia (Serbian: Србија, Srbija) is a country located in the Balkans, in Southern Europe. During the summer tourists love spending their time in Belgrade and enjoy the nature of many national parks throughout the country. Most European nationals need no visa for entering Serbia.
Requirements for the PhD program often involve the student having already obtained a Master’s degree. Additionally, a thesis or dissertation primarily consisting of original academic research must be submitted. In some countries, this work may even need to be defended in front of a panel.
