The PhD is a doctoral degree, specifically called a "doctor of philosophy" degree. This is misleading because PhD holders are not necessarily philosophers (unless they earned their degree in philosophy!). The Marketing Department ranks in the top 10 worldwide in terms of the number of articles published in JMR, JCR, and MS from 2003-2013.
