The Doctoral School represents an academic institutional structure, invested with responsibility in the administrative organization of conducting doctoral university studies within the University "December 1, 1918" of Alba Iulia, with attributions in managing the activity of the doctoral students and in promoting the research activity specific to this cycle of academic training.

The competition file contains the following documents:

To register for the doctoral admission competition, candidates will submit a file that will include the following documents:       

birth certificate in single copy, certified by the Admission Commission 1 ;

marriage certificate or any other document attesting the change of name (if applicable), in simple copy, certified by the Admission Commission;

the original baccalaureate diploma, for the candidates who have the mention "free of charge" in the registration form, or in a simple copy, certified by the Admission Commission, for the candidates who have the mention "with fee" in the registration form;

original bachelor's degree, for candidates who have the mention "free of charge" in the registration form, or in a simple copy, certified by the Admission Commission, for candidates who have the mention "with fee" in the registration form ;;

the supplement to the original bachelor's degree or transcript, for candidates marked "free of charge" in the entry form, or in plain copy, certified by the Admission Commission, for candidates marked "for a fee" in the entry form ;

the master's degree 2 (or the certificate of graduation of the master's program for the graduates of the last promotion) in original, for the candidates who have the mention "free of charge" in the registration form, or in simple copy, certified by the Admission Commission, for the candidates who have the mention "for a fee" in the registration form;

the supplement to the diploma of mastersaufoaia matriculation in original, for the candidates that have the mention "free of charge" in the registration form, or in simple copy, certified by the Admission Commission, for the candidates that have the mention "with fee" in the registration form;

the certificate of linguistic competence, in original;

declaration on one's own responsibility regarding the observance of the legislation in connection with the financing from the State budget of the subsidized places within the doctoral study programs;

memorandum of scientific activity and list of works;

proof of payment of the registration fee (The registration fee for the admission contest is regulated according to Annex 7. Children of teaching and auxiliary teaching staff working or retired from the education system, as well as children orphaned by one or both parents who worked in the education are exempt from paying registration fees for the doctoral admission competition);

Incomplete applications are not accepted for registration.
