Introduction
The Ph.D. in Theological Studies recognizes that most of the challenges facing the church in Africa – and beyond – are theological in nature. This degree, therefore, gives special and critical attention to religious, social, political, governance, economic, and issues facing the Church, all the while addressing the bearing theology has on such matters. It aims at giving sound theological responses based on deep theological reflection. This way, students are adequately equipped to deal with issues facing the Church of Christ and society in general. Intakes are in September of every year. It has six concentrations namely;
- Biblical Studies;
- Systematic, Culture, Theology and Development,
- Practical Theology,
- Mission Studies,
- World Christianity and
- Practical Theology.
