Living on campus is so much more than a convenient place to sleep at night. Enjoy amazing Amenities and Services that you won’t find living off campus.
Game Rooms
There are four Gamerooms located conveniently in each residential housing area. Take a much-needed study break with games like ping pong, billiards, and gaming stations. Hang out with friends, study, and watch TV. You can even check out games to take outside like Spikeball and Connect-4.
Community Learning Centers
There are four Community Learning Centers located conveniently in each residential housing area. CLCs offer computers, printers, workstations, and a quiet environment to work and study.
Outdoor Recreation Centers
Get some fresh air, fun, and exercise playing basketball, volleyball, or gaga ball, or relax while hammocking. The Hullabaloo Hangout Room even has spike ball and Connect-4 available to check out and play outside. Picnic areas and grills are also available.
Laundry Facilities
All on-campus residents have access to high-efficiency front-loading washers and dryers. Residents of the residence halls and Corps halls have washers and dryers in their halls. No cash or coins are needed as the laundry cost is included in the rent. Residents in White Creek Apartments have a washer and dryer in their apartment.
Mailing and Shipping
Our on-campus housing students can receive mail via their University Apartments provided mailbox or rent a Post Office Box. Residence hall and Corps residents may rent mailboxes from Student Mail Services or the U.S. Post Office. Apartment residents have centralized mailboxes available at no additional cost.
Community Kitchens
We offer gorgeous community kitchen spaces for our residents. This varies per hall type/style, but all community kitchens contain the following:
- Refrigerator
- Range/Oven
- Vent Hood
- Microwave
- Kitchen Sink
- Area to sit/study/gather/eat
Campus Life & Facilities
College is about way more than just going to class and making the grade. It’s about developing yourself as an individual and a professional. It’s about having fun, finding your community, making lifelong memories, and having experiences that will shape you forever. Living on Campus
You’ll find a variety of academic initiatives in your on-campus residence, such as tutoring, technology, individual and group study spaces, resource libraries, workshops, and other academic-focused special events.

The Texas A&M University College of Engineering is the largest college on the Texas A&M campus and one of the largest colleges in the country. The College of Engineering has more than 22,500 engineering students enrolled in our 15 departments.
Our students can enhance the value of their degrees through various certificate programs, undergraduate research opportunities, and global experiences, and by participating in various design competitions, such as Aggies Invent, the Steel Bridge Competition, and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) International AutoDrive challenge.
Our students can also choose from about 90 engineering student organizations and earn valuable job experience through co-ops and internships.
