PhD in Conservation and Management of Biodiversity

To train independent researchers with solid knowledge in biological conservation and biodiversity management, who integrate scientific knowledge with a transdisciplinary vision for the resolution of environmental problems, contributing to sustainable development.

The Doctor in Conservation and Management of Biodiversity from the Universidad Santo Tomás will be a researcher with a solid background in ecology and biodiversity, capable of developing original and independent scientific research; and design and implement projects in the area of ​​conservation and environmental management that integrates the human, ethical and legal dimension with scientific knowledge, providing a transdisciplinary perspective for the conservation and sustainability of socio-ecological systems.
