Introduction
Université Côte d'Azur (UniCA) international Ph.D. in economics offers training in traditional economic disciplines - like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, financial market analysis, industrial organization - and training in disciplines embedding a complexity-based perspective such as computational economics, experimental economics, the analysis of financial and economic networks. The program aims to form economists able to perform high-quality research in economics and economic policy analysis and combine robust and high-quality knowledge of traditional economic domains with concepts from the complexity-based approach in sciences.

IDEX Scholarships for International MSc Programs
Each year Université Côte d'Azur awards 10 Idex scholarships to the best MSc candidates. The recipients of these grants of excellence will be exempt from tuition fees and will receive a stipend of €5,000.

France Excellence Europa Scholarship Program
International students from 26 European countries may be awarded the France Excellence Europa scholarship to pursue a Master’s degree at Université Côte d’Azur for a maximum period of 12 months (M2) and 24 months (M1).
EIFFEL Scholarship Program of Excellence
The Eiffel Scholarship program is a tool developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract the best foreign students to graduate programs at the master's and doctoral levels.
