b) Applicants who have an Official Master's degree, with preference for other master's degrees linked to Educational Sciences (other than those mentioned in point 1) over master's degrees in other areas of knowledge.
c) Applicants who can prove they have passed 60 postgraduate ECTS from an official study plan of Spanish Universities (with preference given to applicants who come from undergraduate degrees in the area of Educational Sciences, over those who come from degrees from other areas of education). knowledge).
d) Applicants who certify the Research Proficiency of a doctoral program in Educational Sciences regulated by RD 185/85 and those who certify that they are in possession of the Diploma of Advanced Studies regulated by RD 778/98.
e) Applicants in possession of a foreign degree equivalent to an official Master's degree in the field of Educational Sciences that entitles them, in the country of origin, to access doctoral studies in the research phase (approved or not approved).
f) Applicants for other master's degrees that are developed in the future, linked to the area of Educational Sciences.

Program Outcome
The main objective of this doctoral program is research and innovation on the programs, actions, resources and socio-educational policies necessary to achieve equity in education. This objective is specified in the following more specific objectives:
- Training of professionals specialized in research committed to innovation and equal opportunities in education. Professionals capable of researching in the field of design, generation, implementation and evaluation of educational programs and resources appropriate to current cosmopolitan, open and multicultural societies from the perspective of equity.
- Acquisition of competencies and skills that enable researchers in training to transfer knowledge, addressing the challenges involved in research, innovation and change processes with equity.
- Contribution and promotion of the mobility and internationalization of researchers in training, guaranteeing a training process that implies a clear commitment to quality, equity and innovation in educational research."
